Reason for the nomination:
Per the fine print on the toy, this humming top was produced in "W-Germany", so after 1948, and this page dates a very similar top to ca. the 1960s. Which means the drawing reproduced on the top is almost certainly still protected by copyright in both Germany and the US, and the file should be deleted per the precautionary principle.
