Account Creator Flag for SDC workshop[edit]
Hello! At Wikimedia Argentina we are doing a Structured Data in Commons Workshop this 28 of may in a museum. I couldn't get an IP from them to ask in phabricator for a temporal lift, so maybe i can have the flag only for the 28 to be sure everyone can edit?
